What We Do To Prevent Spam:
The strict measures we take to enforce our anti-spam policy include, but are not limited to:
Permission Based Lists Required
- Per our terms and conditions, as well as an additional list check we have placed within in our list upload process; all contacts on lists uploaded by users must be opted in to receive email from the sender.
Content Scanning and Review
- Yesmail Direct utilizes a Spam check utility to screen and flag any message that contains words common to unsolicited emails.
- All email message content uploaded or added by our users is automatically scanned for spam characteristics. In the case that any spam characteristics are detected within the content of an e-mail, that content will not be permitted to be enabled for mailing.
- We have instituted a review and monitoring process for all outgoing content to ensure that all Yesmail Direct mailings are carefully reviewed and approved by our support team prior to delivery.
Mandatory Opt-Out
- Every email that is delivered through the Yesmail Direct system has a non-removable unsubscribe/opt-out link at the bottom of the message.
User Account Tracking
- A record is saved of every email that is sent through the system.
- We maintain the IP address and date subscribed for every new subscriber.
What We Do To Lower Abuse Associated With Our Mailings:
ISP Relationships
